Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges on single-use or opened items for health and safety reasons.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at todd@joemassad.com within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will review your request and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund.
